Mum-mum and I have been talking about these hummingbird moths, so I tried out my new flash cord and took a picture of one tonight. They are hard to photograph because they do not come out until dusk, then they don’t sit still for long while they are nectaring. They seem very fond of my plumbago bushes, although one totally surprised me the other day and started nectaring on one of my roses!
