By 5:00 all the sod was out. We have a front yard again! It’s so much more attractive than our big brown mud pie. :)

Rich did a great job resodding the area between the sidewalk and driveway. There are lots of cuts because of the shape of the driveway and because of the utility boxes. We accumulated quite a bit of yard waste this weekend, too. :-p

It was good timing to finish our sprinkler project right before the new sod came. Today we sodded over the areas that were all dug up yesterday.

The holes in the backyard felt tiny after resodding the whole front. It’s so nice to look out over the yard and see all green again!

We had enough sod left over to share with the neighbors. It was a mixed blessing…free sod, but they had to work to put it down! All because of those silly chinch bugs… :-p
