We got home tonight to see the black-and-white neighborhood stray cat sleeping underneath the big bird feeder. “Shoo” is not a technique that has worked well with this cat, so Rich turned on the sprinklers to make her leave. Aside from providing me with a very good laugh at the poor cat’s expense, Rich also gave me a great photo opp with the glistening water on my back rose bushes.
